Biography: Like her Eclipse co-star BooBoo Stewart, young Jodelle Ferland has amassed a body of work that would sound impressive were she coming to the end of her career rather than still in her teens. She made her TV debut in 1999's Cold Squad, but her first feature role came as Desi in TV movie, Mermaid (2000) when she was just four-years-old (yes four!) This remarkable start earned her a Young Artist Award and a Daytime Emmy Award nomination – the youngest ever to achieve such a feat. The Canadian starlet has barely stopped working since, appearing in a number of top TV shows and films, such as Terry Gilliam's Tideland (2005) for which she picked up a Genie Award nom for best actress, however she's most recognisable to cinema audiences for 2006 horror Silent Hill. She'll soon be seen in a starring role opposite Renée Zellweger in Case 39 and as Bree in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
